Three days each week (currently Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays), our Medford store offers free technical assistance through the Connecting Point GENIUS DESK. Our resident Mac Genius, Les Murphy, will be available to help with questions or problems you may be having with your Apple products.
These might include questions about your iPad, iPod, or iPhone. You might have an issue with setting up your email on your Mac. Maybe you’d like some assistance configuring iCloud across your Apple devices. Les will be setting up 15-minute appointments to meet with you, and he’s a wiz at problem-solving. In the event he’s unable to solve your problem or answer your question within that 15-minute window, we’ll suggest other support or service options.
The Connecting Point GENIUS DESK is available only to Connecting Point customers, helping with Apple hardware purchased from us. And yes, even though we do not currently sell Apple iPhone, we’re still happy to help with your iPhone questions. All we ask is that the devices or computers you’re trying to use with your iPhone be ones you purchased from Connecting Point.
