BULLETIN: Serious phone problems at our Medford location FIXED

UPDATE: MAY 16, 2013 | 4:35 PM: It appears our phones are back up and fully functional. We thank you for your patience, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Last Friday, a power outage and subsequent surge knocked out most of our Medford store’s phone system. As a result, most incoming calls are not getting through. This is a serious situation, and we are doing everything possible to resolve it. Oddly, we are still able to make outgoing calls.

In the meantime, here are alternative ways to contact our people in Medford:

Connecting Point a sponsor of 12th ashland independent film festival (AIFF) | April 4-8, 2013

The ashland independent film festival is five days of the highest-quality independent film, held in historic Ashland, Oregon. The Washington Post called it “a dream you’ll never want to leave.” Every spring, Southern Oregon buzzes with the excitement of the AIFF. Over 7000 film lovers gather at the historic art-deco Varsity Theatre, in the heart of downtown Ashland, to watch over 80 films in five days. Filmmakers of the documentaries, features and shorts come from around the world come to engage with the audience after each screening and at the festival’s Opening Night Bash and Award Celebration parties with local wine, beer and gourmet food. Special guests have included Helen Hunt, Albert Maysles, Bruce Campbell and more. Time to go under your Apple menu and select Software Update.

Yesterday, Apple released a substantial update to Mountain Lion. Mac OS X v10.8.3 Update adds several new features (including the ability to install Windows 8 under Boot Camp, support for 3TB hard drives under Boot Camp, and a new version of Safari) and squashes a few bugs. It’s recommended for all Mountain Lion users.
